摘 要:常压潜水装具主要用于海洋石油开发配套作业与援潜救生任务。在国外装具已经有近300年发展历史,但我国仅从上世纪80年代开展装具的相关研制工作,装具的发展水平与国外有较大差距。国家在"十二五"期间启动国产作业型常压潜水装具的研制。通过研究国外装具发展,并继承国内已研制的两型装具经验成果,总结装具关键技术,制造相应样机进行测试改进。在此基础上,按照工程设计方法对装具进行分系统划分,完成全系统工程设计,并建造了600m国产常压潜水装具试验样机,关节、中继站等关键技术取得突破。The atmospheric diving suit is mainly used in the oil and gas operation and submarine rescue. It has about 300-years development history abroad. However, it was just developed from the 1980 s in china. There is a big gap between China and western countries. The project of atmospheric diving suit was launched during the "twelfth five-year" project. Through researching foreign advanced diving suit and inheriting the experience and fruit of two types of Chinese existing diving suits, key technologies of diving suit are summarized, and these prototypes of key technologies are manufactured and some important improvements are made through prototypes test. On the basis of these works, the subsystems of diving suit are divided under engineering design method, and the total system design is completed. One experiment type of 600 m domestic diving suit is produced. The key technologies, such as cylinder rotate joint and relay station, have breakthroughs.
