摘 要:目的探讨人文护理关怀教学模式在护理临床教学中的开展与效果。方法便利抽样法选择2013年和2014年来广州军区广州总医院实习的60名护理专业本科实习护生为研究对象,运用人文护理关怀教学模式开展《住院患者基础护理服务项目》、《住院患者基础护理服务规范》教学,采用护士关爱能力评价量表、人文关怀品质问卷来比较教学前后护生的人文关怀能力。结果实施人文护理关怀教学后,护生的人文关怀能力较教学前有了明显提高,关爱能力评价量表得分、人文关怀品质问卷得分较教学前均明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文护理关怀教学模式能有效提高护生的人文关怀品质,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of the humanistic teaching model in clinical teaching.Methods By convenience sampling,60 students were selected and received courses of hospitalized patients fundamental nursing service' and 'standard of hospitalized patients fundamental nursing service'.The student's humanistic caring ability before and after courses were evaluated by using nurses caring ability scale and nursing student's humanistic caring ability questionnaire. Results After humanistic nursing teaching, the humanistic caring ability of nursing students has been significantly improved than before teaching, results showed that the scores of each index concerning the participants' caring characters in the post-test were higher than those in the pre-test(P〈0.05).Conclusion It can be concluded that humanistic caring teaching model can improve undergraduate nursing students' caring characters effectively which is worthwhile for promotion.
