摘 要:通过对南平市建阳区5个林地的土壤和野生正红菇(Russula vinosa)子实体中主要营养成分测定与分析得出:土壤中全氮、铁、有效锰含量丰富;有机质、钙含量适中;铜、锌含量适中或缺乏;磷含量极缺乏。建阳北部地区杜潭、江源、吴屯三处林地正红菇蛋白质含量高,脂肪与碳水化合物含量低。Pearson线性相关分析的结果表明,土壤中有机质含量与正红菇子实体中蛋白质含量显著负相关;土壤有机质含量与正红菇子实体中碳水化合物含量显著正相关;土壤中锌含量与正红菇子实体中铁、磷含量显著正相关;土壤中磷含量与正红菇子实体中锰、镁、钾含量显著正相关。Determination of selected chemical and nutritional components in forest soils and Russula vinosa fruit bodies in Jianyang District, Nanping City, China revealed that, according to the soil classification system of Fujian Province, forest soils in Jianyang District, Nanping City were rich in total N, Fe and available Mn, contained moderate levels of Ca and organic material, moderate or lacking in Cu and Zn, and were lacking in P. Higher levels of protein and lower levels of fat and carbohydrate were recorded in fruit bodies from Du Tan, Jiang Yuan and Wu Tun villages located in northern JianYang district. Comparisons using Pearson software revealed the organic content of soil samples to be significantly negatively and positively correlated to the protein and carbohydrate levels of R. vinosa fruit bodies, respectively. Significant positive correlations were also observed between the Zn levels in soil samples and Fe and P levels in R. vinosa, and between soil P levels and Mn, Mg and K levels in fruit bodies.
