摘　　要：创业精神是创新人才重要的内在素质,在创业中起动力和核心作用。将创业精神中的多种精神特质渗透到无机化学实验的教学设计中,并通过教学实践培养学生的创新精神、合作精神、拼搏和进取精神。这种在专业课程教学中渗透和培养创业精神是深化高等教育教学改革、提高人才培养质量的重要途径,是促进大学生创业、提升市场竞争力的有效措施。The entrepreneurial spirit is the intrinsic quality of creative talents,which acts as power and core in entrepreneurship.The entrepreneurial spirit was penetrated into the teaching design of the course of inorganic chemistry experiment.Through the teaching practice,the students＇ innovative spirit,team spirit,hard work and enterprising spirit were cultured.The professional course in teaching and training of entrepreneurship could deepen the teaching reform of higher education.It was an important way to improve the quality of personnel training.It was also a decisive step to promote employment and competitive power of graduates.
