摘　　要：文中主要是研究"大众创业万众创新"下高职文科类专业毕业条件,与实际创业创新中遇到的"创新创业时间与正常学习时间的冲突,创新创业知识学习与专业培养方案规定课程学习的冲突",拟定解决措施,并结合实施提出国家在相关机制体制上需要做好配套方案。This paper is to study the＂public entrepreneurship peoples innovation＂in Higher Vocational Colleges under the condition of liberal arts graduate,and meets the actual entrepreneurship and innovation ＂in the innovation time and learning time conflict,training plan provisions conflict＂courses of study and innovation of entrepreneurial knowledge and professional learning,develop solutions,combined with the implementation of the state need to do a good job of supporting the program in the relevant institutional mechanisms.
