摘  要:生物柴油具备与石油柴油相近的性能,最近作为一种可再生的替代能源受到人们的普遍关注。用藻类生产生物燃料可以保持碳平衡,而且进行生产时可利用相对小而贫瘠的荒地,不与农争地。因此,藻类是用来生产生物柴油的最佳原料。本文从野外采集分离筛选、优化培养、基因工程构建高脂微藻三个方面对高脂微藻的选育的国内外进展进行了介绍,并对构建工程微藻过程中面临的问题和应采取的对策进行了综述和展望。Recently, biodiesel receive extensive attention as a renewable and environmentally friendly alternative energy source due to the similar performance with fossil fuel and conventional fossil fuels shortage. When algae are utilized for biofuel production, the carbon balance is keeped and the agriculture land is saved. Therefore, algae are the best material for biodiesel production. In this paper, we try to introduce the domestic and international progress of high-lipid microalgal from the nature, optimization of culture and genetic screening from three aspects:isolation and screening algae engineering in regulation of lipid metabolism. The problems in the construct of genetic microalgae strains are also discussed in this review.
