摘　　要：论述了把消极的因素变为积极因素,是思想政治教育工作中的一项非常重要的任务,也是检验思想政治教育工作开展好坏的一个明显标志。实践证明,运用批评和自我批评的方法,是帮助处于后进状态的那部分受教育者的一种很好的方法。思想政治教育必须坚持整体原则,思想政治教育大系统中的个元素都不能把自己看成独立单元,而看成是系统中的一个元素,应用系统观点进行思想政治教育还必须坚持有序性原则。Turn negative factors into positive factors,the ideological and political education is a very important task in the work,is also the ideological and political education work in conducting an obvious sign of good or bad. Practice has proved that using the method of criticism and self-criticism,is to help in the last state of that part of the educatees of a kind of very good method. Ideological and political education must adhere to the principle of the whole,the ideological and political education in the big system element can＇t think of yourself as a separate unit,and as one of the elements of the system,application system point of view to carry on the ideological and political education must also adhere to the principle of order.
