摘 要:提高个体知识整合能力能够有效的提高组织对于知识的利用效率。根据社会交换理论和组织行为理论,将知识整合行为的知识共享与知识融合与动机、态度、技术和环境等四个行为要素相结合,构建出个体知识整合行为影响因素的研究模型,并提出了相应假设。通过对211名高校教师进行问卷调查,利用SPSS17.0软件和结构方程模型对收集到的数据进行了统计、分析和检验,最终得出信任、沟通和共享意愿对个体知识分享有正向影响作用,知识分类、知识储备和成员异质性正向影响知识融合,知识分享和知识融合之间为正相关关系。Improving the individual ability of knowledge integration is an efficient way to improve theirutilization of organizational knowledge. According to the social exchange theory and behavioral theory ofthe firm, by combining the knowledge integration behavior-knowledge share and knowledge fusion withfour key elements of behavior, i.e., motivation, attitude, technology and environment, then establish aresearch model of the factors influencing knowledge integration behavior of individuals within anorganization. The data was collected by questionnaires from 211 university teachers, SPSS 17.0 softwareand structural equation model were applied to analyze. Finally, it was concluded that belief,communication and share desire positive affect knowledge share, while knowledge classification,knowledge reserves and different members have an positive effect on knowledge fusion. Furthermore,there is a significantly positive correlation between knowledge share and knowledge fusion.
