摘  要:目的:分析培养实习生临床思维能力的带教对策。方法:把与我院合作卫校的2011级40例实习生平均分成2组,对照组实习生采用常规临床实习带教方法实习。通过专业知识笔试考试的成绩和调查问卷结果,分析2组实习生的临床思维能力水平。结果:实习期结束后,观察组实习生的笔试考试成绩和问卷调查得分明显优于对照组实习生(P<0.05),观察组实习生的临床思维能力水平高于对照组实习生。结论:医院不断创新带教方法,能够有效激发实习生的学习兴趣和学习热情,有利于实习生临床思维能力的培养。Objective:To analyze clinical thinking ability teaching countermeasures to train interns.Methods: Choose to cooperate with our colleage in1992.and level 2011 interns 40, the average was divided into two groups, control group interns with routine clinical practice teaching method of practice.Results:after the internship, the observation group of interns written examinations and the questionnaire survey scored significantly better than that of control group interns ( P 〈0.05) , the observation group of interns clinical thinking ability level higher than the control group of interns.Conclusion:Hospital innovation teaching method, should be beneficial to the development of the interns clinical thinking ability.
