摘　　要：为了培养学生的实践能力和创新能力,从实验内容优化、教学方法的改进、综合性、设计性实验的设置、考核方式等对遗传学实验进行改革,提高学生动手能力,创新能力、观察和分析问题的能力,激发学生实验兴趣。To train undergraduates＇ practical ability and innovative ability, the teaching reform was explored in genetics experiment. The manipulative ability, innovative ability, observational and analyzing problem ability were enhanced by optimizing experiment contents, improving teaching methods, and setting up comprehensive designable experiments. Eventually, students＇ interest was stimulated in experiment.
