摘　　要：目的 分析解放军总医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科进修医师的基本现状,为个性化教学和提高解放军总医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的继续教育水平提供理论依据。方法 对2009年2月-2012年12月在解放军总医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科进修的学员进行问卷调查,问卷包括学员的年龄、性别、工作年限、学历、职称、原单位的基本情况、来进修学习的目的等,并对收回的101份问卷进行分析。结果 分析结果显示,5年以来,解放军总医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科进修医师56.4%为男性,43.6%为女性;进修时平均年龄33.5岁,平均工作年限9.6年,原单位距北京1000公里以上的57.4%,大专5人,本科及以上106人,主治医师75%,副主任医师以上18.8%。进修医师来自三甲医院者占79.2%,其中教学医院占78%,自愿来进修学习的比例78.2%。结论 解放军总医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科进修医师以三甲医院的主治医师为主要人群,具有较好的前期教育基础和临床工作经验,亚专科进修目的明确,为开展个性化教学提供了良好的基础。Objective To analyze the composition and purpose of visiting doctors of otolaryngology-head ＆ neck surgery department of PLA general hospital, in order to provide evidence for individualized teaching and further improving education for our department. Method A questionnaire survey, which included age, sex, work time, education background, professional title, original institution and purpose of further education, was carried out for visiting doctors of our department between 2007 and 2012. A total of 101 questionnaires were analyzed. Result In all visiting doctors, 56.4% of them were male, and the other 43.6% were female. Average age was 33.5 years old. Average work time was 9.6 years, 57.4% of their original institution was more than 1000 km far away from Beijing, 64.3% with a bachelor＇ s degree, 75% were attending doctor, 79.2% came from Class III Grade A hospitals （78% of which was teaching hospitals）, and 78.2% were voluntary. Conclusion Most of the visiting doctors of our department were from Class III Grade A hospitals and with good education background, which provide well foundation for individualized education.
