终身教育理论对高等教育发展方向的影响

摘　　要：终身教育理论是在人类社会化、社会现代化的基础上产生和发展起来的一种新型教育形态,必将会影响到未来教育事业的发展方向。从高等教育在终身教育理论下的发展价值出发,探讨终身教育理论对高等教育发展方向的影响,指出终身教育理论将带动高等教育管理理念转变、引起高等教育运行机制革新、促进高校人才培养思路拓宽、加快高校学科课程目标重塑,丰富了终身教育理论与高等教育关系的理论研究成果,拓宽了研究范围。Lifelong education theory is a kind of new education form on the basis of human socialization,social modernization,which will affect the future development direction of education career. This paper discusses the influence of lifelong education on the higher education and points out that the concept of life-long education theory will drive to the transformation of higher education management and the innovation of higher education operation mechanism. The results of the study can not only enrich the theory of the relationship between higher education and lifelong education,but also broaden the research scope.
