北京市怀柔区《中国居民膳食指南》推广工作评估

摘　　要：目的了解北京市怀柔区居民《中国居民膳食指南》相关知识知晓及健康行为现状,为进一步有针对性地推广膳食指南,提高居民健康知识水平和行为能力提供依据。方法采取整群分层随机抽样方法,在严格的质量控制下于2014年6—7月对怀柔区16个街道/乡镇32个居委会/村的18~69岁常住人口进行问卷调查,并进行统计学分析。结果该区居民对《中国居民膳食宝塔》的知晓率为67.6%;对食盐摄入量的知晓率为77.6%,每次都使用限盐勺的为9.9%;对食用油推荐量的知晓率为32.7%,每次都使用限油壶的为10.4%;对成人每天活动量的知晓率为19.8%,每天6 000步活动水平达标率为69.8%。结论怀柔区居民对膳食指南相关知识的知晓率有待提高,健康支持性工具使用率较低,应加强膳食指南知识及健康支持性工具使用的宣传力度,以达到改善全民营养与健康状况,控制和减少慢性病的目的。[Objective]To understand the ＂Chinese Dietary Guidelines ＂ related knowledge level and health behavior of residents in Huairou District of Beijing City,to further promote the dietary guidelines,and provide evidence for improving residents’ health knowledge level and behavior ability. [Methods]The method of stratified random cluster sampling was adopted in this study.Questionnaire survey was conducted on the population of permanent residents aged 18-69 years in 16 subdistricts/towns and 32residents’ committees/village of Huairou District in June to July of 2014. The data was analyzed statistically. [Results]The awareness rate of＂Chinese Dietary Guidelines＂was 67.6%,that of salt intake was 77.6%,each time with limited salt spoon was9.9%,edible oil recommended awareness rate was 32.7%,each time using a limited oiler rate was 10.4%,awareness rate of adult daily amount of activity was 19.8%,the compliance rate of 6 000 daily step activity was 69.8%. [Conclusion]Knowledge awareness of dietary guidelines still need to be improved in Huairou District. Health supporting tools utilization rate was low. It is necessary to strengthen the propaganda of dietary guidelines knowledge and health supporting tools so as to achieve the goals of improving the nutrition and health status,controlling and reducing the incidence of chronic diseases.
