中医药相关专业大学生职业承诺的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析中医药相关专业大学生职业承诺的影响因素。方法通过分层随机抽样选取中医药相关专业大学生1200名,采用职业承诺问卷、职业价值观问卷、自编专业适应状况和专业前景态度问卷进行调查。结果专业适应状况(B=0.49)、专业前景态度(B=0.15)、社会责任(B=0.21)对职业承诺具有显著的正向预测作用;自立(B=-0.14)、传统家庭观念(B=-0.10)对职业承诺具有显著的反向预测作用。结论中医药专业大学生的专业适应状况、专业前景态度、职业价值观取向对其职业承诺的形成有显著影响。Objective To analyze influence factors of occu pational commitment of college students in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 1200 students of traditional Chinese medicine related majors were selected through stratified random sampling. By using Occupational Commitment Questionnaire, Occupational Value Questionnaire, Personal-Major Fit Questionnaire, and Attitude to TCM in the survey, the score was obtained and further analyzed. Results The level of Personal-Major Fit（B=0.49）, Attitude to TCM（B=0.15）and social responsibility value（B=0.21） can predict the level of occupational commitment of college students positively, and the level of self-supporting（B=-0.14） and traditional family attitude value（B=-0.10） can predict the level of occupational commitment of college students negatively. Conclusion The level of occupational commitment was impact directly by occupational value, Personal-Major fit and Attitude to TCM in college students
