校企深度合作模式下藏药专业人才培养模式的探索

摘　　要：高等院校与企业合作是促进现代化科技发展与经济增长的重要途径,是当今世界高等教育发展的趋势。本文结合当前社会和企业对藏药专业人才的需求,以"面向行业需求创建应用型人才培养体系"为目标,选择与藏药产业发展密切相关的藏药人才培养为教学改革对象,从教学体系改革、实践教学、合作培养模式等方面探索了校企深度合作视野下藏药专业人才协同培养模式,为新形势下培养应用型藏药创新人才的实质性合作模式提供借鉴。Cooperation between colleges and enterprises is an impor tant way to promote science modernization, technology development and economic growth, which is also the trend of higher education developing today. Combining with the demands of current society and enterprise, this paper selected the Tibetan medicine talents cultivating closely related with the development of Tibetan medicine industry as the teaching reform object with the target of ＂ creating an applied talents cultivation system for industry demands＂, and explore the Tibetan medicine professionals collaborative training mode from the aspects of teaching system reformation, practice teaching and coopera-tive training model, etc, in a perspective of school-enterprise deep cooperation, which provided reference guides for substantive cooperation training mode of cultivating Tibetan medicine applied professionals in the new situation.
