摘　　要：对译者创造性的解读不仅有助于认识翻译的主客观性,而且有利于译者自觉把握规律,提高翻译质量和水平。本文从模因论视角,探讨了跨语模因复制和传播过程中为什么需要发挥译者创造性,译者创造性的触发机制是什么,以及如何发挥译者创造性等问题,认为构建成功译语模因的关键在于发挥译者创造性,试图为译者创造性提供新的解读。The insight into the translator＇ s creativity facilitates not only understanding both the subjectivity and objectivity in translation, but also applying the discoveries to raise the levels and performance of translation. From the perspective of Memetics, the paper discusses the translator＇s creativity in the process of copying and spreading of interlinguistic memes, covering the argument for the translator＇ s creativity, the activation mechanism and the approaches to it, maintaining that the translator＇ s creativity plays a vital role in establishing successful memes in target languages. It is expected to provide a new perspective of the translator＇ s creativity.
