摘　　要："双元制"教育的目的不仅仅是为了让学生掌握知识,更是为了学生的发展需求。积极的个性品质是心理健康的根本标志,是大学生所必备的基本素质。"双元制"办学模式下高职院校学生积极个性品质的培养不仅关系到学生的成才和就业,也是"双元制"本土化和职业教育蓬勃发展的需要,只有加强重视和研究,不断探索和实践,拿出切实可行的方法,才能为社会发展和现代化建设输送更多高技能、高素养的优秀人才。The educational goal of ＂Dual System＂ is not only to enable the students to grasp the knowledge, but also for students＇ development.The positive individuality is the basic symbol of healthy state of mind and basic quality of a university student. The cultivation of vocational college students＇ positive personality in the educational mode of ＂Dual System ＂, is related to the students＇ growth and employment, and meet the needs of the localization and development of vocational education. Much attention should be paid to it and its study should be strengthened in order to train more talents with high skills and high quality for the social development and modernization.
