摘　　要：雪莲果原产于安第斯高原,其果实和叶子含有氨基酸、维生素、矿物质等营养成分。通过介绍雪莲果的营养价值及其叶子的活性成分,并着重综述雪莲果叶子的药理作用(如抗氧化作用、抗菌作用、抗炎作用、降血糖作用、保护器官作用等),对雪莲果叶子的应用前景进行展望。Yacon is native to the Andean plateau. Its fruits and leaves contain plenty of nutrients such as amino acids, vita- mins, mineral and so on. This paper introduces that the nutritional value of yacon and its leaves＇ active constituents. The phar- macological effects of yacon leaves is reviewed emphatically, including the effect of anfioxidant, antibacterial, anti-intlamma- tory, hypoglycemic, as well as protecting the organ. Also the application prospect of yacon leaves is discussed.
