高校“食品微生物检测技术”课程教学改革探讨

摘　　要：针对"食品微生物检测技术"课程教学中存在的问题,从课程的教学内容、教学方法、考核办法等方面提出了进行教学改革的一些思路和建议,并在实践中取得了良好的教学效果。In this paper, based on current detection methods of food microorganisms in the teaching of the problems, ideas and suggestions concerning reform of courses are presented in the perspective of course design from teaching material, teaching and test methods. The ideas and suggestions propose the cuhivation of talents with a strong practical ability.
