摘　　要：教师专业成长数字化档案的建立和使用会使教师原本的工作和生活方式有很大的变化,利用数字化档案管理平台,可以促进教师的专业成长,使教师能够专注于自身专业的发展,自主地寻求更适合自己发展的方法和路径。学校应积极构建教师专业成长档案数字化管理系统,规范信息采集过程和内容,提高档案管理人员的服务意识和能力。In the rapid development of information technology today, the information economy has become a new impetus for economic progress in China. Archives as an important information resource, is also facing the opportunity and the challenge of technological innovation, how to understand the digital archives management on teachers＇ professional growth in the importance and necessity, how to make archival information faster better toward the development of digital, which requires the implementation of the measures for the improvement of the advantages of digital management, digital archives management system files from the concept of digital archives management system, teachers of the digital archives management of background and target of teachers and digital archives management, teachers of related problems were analyzed.
