摘  要:现阶段对于旧水泥混凝土路面维修改造的主要方法及手段是在其上加铺一层沥青面层,而由于车辆荷载的长期作用,反射裂缝的出现及扩大成为目前路面结构最为关键的问题。根据国内外已有的对于防止反射裂缝的研究成果,拟采用在旧水泥混凝土路面及沥青加铺层之间加入应力吸收层来减缓反射裂缝带来的危害。本文运用有限元分析软件建立加入了应力吸收层的路面结构的有限元模型,通过在模型上加载车辆荷载来模拟路面结构的实际受力情况,再通过有限元分析软件的后处理得出路面结构应力随时间的变化规律。通过对加入不同厚度的应力吸收层的路面结构的应力结果进行分析和对比发现,应力吸收层减缓反射裂缝的产生与扩展的最合理厚度为2~4cm。The main method for repairment and reconstruction of old cement concrete pavements at the present stage is paving a layer of asphalt surface layer on it, and because of the long-term effect of vehicle load, the emergence and expansion of reflective cracks has become a key problem for the pavement structure. According to the domestic and foreign existing research results on preven- ting the reflective cracks, the method of adding the stress absorbing layer between old cement concrete pavement and asphalt overlay is adopted for mitigating the reflective cracks better. In this paper, the finite element pavement structure model with the stress absorbing layer was established by using the finite element analysis software, then loaded the vehicle load in the model to simulate the actual stress state of the pavement structure, and then got the change rules of the stress of the pavement structure over time by the post-pro- cessing of the finite element analysis software. Finally, through the analysis and comparison on the stress results of the pavement structure with the stress absorbing layers which had different thickness, it was found that the most reasonable thickness of the stress ab- sorbing layer to prevent the emergence and expansion of the reflective cracks was 2 ~ 4cm.
