摘　　要：对人力资源外包概念进行详细界定,并详细阐述了当前我国物流企业人力资源外包存在的优势与劣势。在此基础上,进一步提出了适合我国物流企业人力资源外包的四种组合优化模式,并着重从外包项目的选取、外包计划的制定、外包企业的选择、外包合同的制定与员工满意度提升5个方面分析了物流企业人力资源外包流程。In this paper, we defined the concept of HR outsourcing in detail, elaborated its strengths and weaknesses, proposed four optimization modes that suited the HR outsourcing in China and analyzed the outsourcing processes from five aspects, including the project selection, the plan formulation, the enterprise selection, the contract drafting and the enhancement of customer satisfaction.
