摘　　要：高职院校实施工学结合、校企合作,人才培养模式的创新和突破是关键。本文总结了当前校企合作方面的难点和瓶颈,并介绍了学院在校企合作人才培养模式方面做出的探索和实践。The innovation and breakthrough of the talent cultivation mode is the key in the higher vocational colleges for carrying out the work of the combination of engineering and learning, This paper summarizes the difficulties and bottlenecks in the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and introduces the exploration and practice of the school- enterprise training mode.
