摘　　要："为己之学"的教学思想与人文素质教育具有内在一致性,"为己之学"的复兴能有力地推动人文素质教育模式在我国高校的建立和完善,而人文素质教育培养模式的成功构建又能反过来促进"为己之学"传统理念在现代社会的传播与运用,使中国所固有的人文传统与现代高等教育体系相得益彰,有利于我们克服现代高等教育中的各种弊端。The teaching idea of ＂study for self-improvement＂ and humanistic quality of education has inherent consistency because ＂study for self-improvement＂ can promote the development of humanistic quality of education mode in colleges in China,which,in turn,helps disseminate ＂study for self-improvement＂ in the modern society. The interaction of the traditional human spirit in China and modern higher education system can help overcome various malpractice of higher education.
