摘　　要：梳理了仪器管理的信息流程,结合实验中心网站建设,探索仪器管理的新方法。设计了适用于校院二级管理的理工科实验教学示范中心的仪器管理信息系统,通过申购、计划报批、招标采购、入库、领用和库存管理等多个模块,实现对仪器自始至终的全程信息管理,使过程信息实时更新并相互反馈,达到对仪器精确、有效的管理。The present situation in the management of instruments information in teaching center of experiments was considered.The management process of instruments information was organized logically.The novel way for instruments management information was explored through proper design combined with the construction of the network Website of experiment center.An instruments information management system,which fits for the demonstration center of science and engineering experimental teaching that is co-managed by colleges and university,was designed by Hangzhou Normal University.This system consists of the following modules：applications flow,plans decision,bid information,instructions confirmation,applying and receiving service,instruments inventory management,and so on.A global process management from ＂beginning＂to＂end＂of all instruments was well-designed and well-supervised,aiming at maintaining and ensuring updated information for any instruments.The system would improve the accuracy,visibility and efficiency of instruments management for the science and engineering experiments.
