摘  要:高校辅导员与大学生的关系总体上较为民主平等,呈良性状态,但也会在二者互不认同的条件下出现各种偏移和失调状态,使二者之间的沟通受到严重阻碍。应拓宽对话理解渠道,加强交互沟通;调节视域融合过程,达到文化共生;调适角色定位,重构主体间信任,以构建辅导员和大学生之间的和谐关系。The relationship between instructors and students in colleges and universities is generally considered as demo- eratie and equal in a good state but in the condition of mutual disapproval there exist varieties of deviation and maladjustment in which the communication between turns to be severely hindered. And it is necessary to make the dialogue understanding easier with emphasis on the interaetive communieation, regulate the course of horizon fusion for the euhural symbiosis, and make adjustment on the role orientation for the reeonstruetion of inter--subjeet trust in order to establish the harmonious relationship between instructors and students.
