摘　　要：以物流上市公司分红情况为研究对象,选取具有代表性的27家物流公司作为样本,对相关分红政策的理论进行总结,进而从利弊两方面探讨强制分红政策对物流上市公司的影响,并对此提出相应建议。In this paper, taking the dividend situation of listed logistics corporations as the research object, we selected 27 representative logistics corporations to be the samples. On summarizing the theory of the dividend policy, we discussed the effects of this mandatory policy on those listed corporations and put forward corresponding suggestions.
