摘　　要：文章认为马克思从实践的角度对人的本质进行了理论研究,提出人的本质是"自由自觉的活动"、是"一切社会关系的总和"。人的本质是人的社会性。马克思的关于人的本质的理论对我们当下树立集体主义总原则、践行社会主义核心价值观具有重要的指导意义。This paper points out that Marx conducts a theoretical research on human essence from the perspective of practice. Marx thinks that the essence of man is ＂free and conscious activity＂ and is ＂the total of all social relations＂, and man＇s essential nature is man＇s social nature. This theory is of great significance for the formation of the principle of collectivism in our social practice and the imple- mentation of socialist core values.
