摘　　要：科学准确和实时的绩效管理及考核对医院发展有着十分重要作用。提出在整合医院现行各类业务系统的基础上，对医疗业务数据进行横向监控，对重点部分和问题部分进行纵向管理，从而实现对医院各类相关业务系统的提炼汇总，解决现代医院绩效管理的核心问题，使绩效数据的监控与绩效管理有机结合，从监控数据到业务管理，再到监控数据考量管理效果，从而实现科学、准确、实时、公平的绩效考核。Scientific, accurate and real-time performance management and assessment prove key to hospital development. This paper, based on integration of various hospital operation systems, proposed to monitor medical service data in a horizontal way and manage the key sections and problems in a longitudinal way. The purpose is to extract and summarize such systems, and solve critical issues of contemporary hospital performance, effectively integrating performance data monitoring and performance management. Scientific, accurate, real-time, and fair performance evaluation can he thus achieved, ranging from data monitoring to business management and measurement of management outcomes based on data monitoring.
