摘  要:为获得适合不同类型豆类种子活力检测的方法,以黄豆和绿豆2种类型共4个品种(齐黄28、中豆31、绿宝八号和周研一号)的豆类种子为试材,分别采用加速老化、低温冷浸和冷发芽3种环境测定法对其种子进行活力检测,通过不同种类、不同品种豆类种子对不同环境的响应,确定不同豆类种子活力检测的适宜方法。结果表明:低温冷浸,齐黄28、中豆31、周研一号和绿宝八号的发芽势、发芽率和苗高均显著下降;冷发芽,齐黄28、中豆31的发芽势、发芽率和苗高下降均不显著,绿宝八号的发芽势和发芽率以及周研一号的发芽率下降不显著;加速老化对绿宝八号的发芽势、发芽率影响不显著,但对其苗高的影响显著,并使齐黄28、中豆31和周研一号的发芽势、发芽率和苗高均显著下降。加速老化和低温冷浸适于齐黄28和中豆31的活力测定,低温冷浸适合绿宝八号活力的测定,加速老化、低温冷浸和冷发芽3种逆境条件都适于周研一号的活力测定。The vigor of different legume seeds (soybean and mung bean) treated with three different determination methods (accelerated ageing, low temperature soaking and cold germination) was detected to obtain the appropriate methods of determining the vigor of different legume seeds. Results: Low temperature soaking reduces germination vigor, germination rate and seedling height of four tested varieties significantly. Cold germination has no obvious effect on germination vigor, germination rate and seedling height of Qihuang 28 and Zhongdou 31, germination vigor and germination rate of Lvbao 8 and germination rate of Zhouyan 1. Accelerated ageing has no obvious effect on germination vigor and rate of Lvbao 1 but the significant effect on its seedling height. Accelerated ageing reduces germination vigor, germination rate and seedling height of Qihuang 28, Zhongdou 31 and Zhouyan 1 significantly. Accelerated ageing and low temperature soaking methods both are suitable to detect seed vigor of Qihuang 28 and Zhongdou 31. Low temperature soaking method is suitable to detect seed vigor of Lvbao 1. The seed vigor of Zhouyan 1 can be detected by accelerated ageing, low temperature soaking and cold germination methods.
