摘　　要：建立了食品接触塑料制品中32种挥发性物质的顶空-气相色谱-质谱联用检测方法。食品接触塑料制品剪成颗粒状,经90℃,40 min静态顶空后,采用气质联用法测定,外标法定量。对于不同挥发性物质的定量限均在5 mg/kg以下,线性范围为0.5~10μg,线性相关系数均大于0.9975。平均回收率在75.2%~108%之间,RSD在0.4%~9.7%之间（n=6）。方法应用于食品接触材料塑料制品中的挥发性物质检测。A method of headspace gas chromatography- mass spectrometry（ HS-GC-MS） was developed to identify and determine 32 VOCs in food contact material plastic articles. The sample was cut into granule,then under the HS condition of 90℃ for 40 min,determined by GC- MS and quantified by external standard method.The LOQs of 32 VOCs were less than 5 mg/kg,the linear range were from 0. 5 ~ 10 g,and the coefficients of correlation were greater than 0. 9975. The average recoveries were from 75. 2% to 108%,and the relative standard deviations were 0. 4% to 9. 7%（ n = 6）. This method is sensitive and accurate,and can be applied for the determination of 32 VOCs in food contact material plastic articles.
