摘  要:目的:从解剖学的角度分析易筋经的健身功效,掌握其运动规律,让习练者更深刻地认识易筋经,有利于健身气功的推广。方法:在中国知网、万方数字资源、维普中文科技期刊等搜索"易筋经"、"解剖学"、"生理学"、"健身"、"功效"等关键词,研究相关的文献资料;查阅健身气功、健身理论与实践、运动解剖学、运动生理学、运动医学、运动创伤学等相关书籍,从肌肉、骨与关节分析易筋经的健身效果,同时结合常见疾病的病因、病理,研究其防治疾病的机理。结果:练习易筋经可以拉伸人体各部位的软组织,促进血液循环,加快疲劳的消除,缓解身体疼痛,提高肌肉、肌腱以及韧带等软组织的弹性和韧性,增强关节的活动功能,具有防治颈椎病、肩周炎、颈肩综合症、腰椎病等常见疾病的功效。在练习过程中,随着呼吸的配合,对脏腑起到天然的按摩作用,可以调理内脏器官的功能,促进新陈代谢,改善整个机体的生理功能。结论:易筋经是一种内外兼修的健身方法,通过其独特的屈伸、旋转等动作的组合,以及腹式呼吸的配合,通过"抻筋"、"拔骨"、"以形引气"的方式,可以达到外强筋骨、内壮脏腑的目的,对人体有健身、防病、延年、益寿大有裨益。Purpose: from the perspective of Anatomy, the article analyzes the fitness effect of Yi Jin Jing and its movement rules so that Yi Jin Jing can be understood more profoundly by learners and health Qigong can be promoted. Methodology: Search key words, such as "Yi Jin Jing", "Anatomy", "Physiology", "fitness", "effect" in CNKI, Wanfang data and VIP and then study related literature. Besides, consult related books concerning health Qigong, health theories and practices, sports anatomy, sports physiology, sports medicine and sports traumatology. Furthermore, analyze the fitness effect of Yi Jin Jing from muscle, bone and joint and discuss its disease resistance mechanism combining the pathogenesis of common diseases. Restdts: Practicing Yi Jin Jing stretches body parenchyma, promotes blood circulation, quickens fatigue elimination, relieves body pain, improves the flexibility and tenacity of soft tissues, such as muscle, tendon and ligament, enhances movement function of the joint, prevents and cures common diseases, such as cervical spondylosis, scapulohumeral periarthritis, cervical-shoulder syndromes, and lumbar spondylosis. During practicing, with breathing, it massages viscera naturally, nurses visceral organs, promotes metabolism and improves the physiological function of the whole body. Conclusion: Yi Jin Jing is a health method that works both internally and externally. Through the unique combination of movements, such as stretches and whirls, with the abdominal respiration, by methods, such as "stretching tendon", "pulling bones" and "physical entraining", Yi Jin Jing enhances tendons and bones externally and builds up viscera internally. It also benefits fitness, controls disease, and prolongs life.
