专业认证下电气专业培养目标与课程体系的研究

摘　　要：为促进我校工程教育的国际互认，建立工程教育质量监控体系，同时实施“卓越工程师培养计划”的专业认证，进一步提高教育教学质量，我院对电气专业培养目标、毕业要求和课程体系进行了深入研究。本文通过对电气专业人才培养现状的分析，对与专业认证标准不相适应的方面进行总结，进而对其有针对性地提出了修订，围绕人才培养目标和毕业要求对课程体系进行优化，建立它们之间的关系实现矩阵。本文通过对电气专业培养目标、毕亚要求、课程体系的研究，阐述了工程教育专业认证对电气专业工程教育的潜在影响，认为实施专业认证将推动工程教育与产业的结合、与企业的联系与合作，从而提高理论学习和实践应用能力。To promote international mut^ai recognition of engineering education in our university and setup engineering education quality monitoring system, our college went into studying the electrical professional training objectives , graduation requirements and courses system. It facilitates the implementation of the professional certification of ＂outstanding engineers training plan＂, but improves the teaching quality of education. This paper analyses the current situation of the electrical engineering and its automation professional talent training, but summarizes the aspect of the disharmony between professional certification standard. And then it puts forward the revision to talents training target and graduation requirements. In addition, on the basis of talent training target and graduation requirements, it optimizes the curriculum system by establishing the matrix of the relation between talents training target and graduation requirements, as well as graduation requirements and course system. Through the research of the electrical professional training objectives, graduation requirements and course system, this paper expounds the potential impact of the engineering education professional certification about the electrical and its automation engineering education. It thinks that the implementation of professional certification would promote the combination of engineering education and industry, but also the contact and the cooperation in enterprise and itself. Thus these measures will improve the theoretical study and practical application ability.
