摘  要:介绍基于角位移检测技术的采煤机滚筒电液比例闭环控制系统,建立模型并进行联合仿真。根据采煤机滚筒调高机构,在ADAMS中建立动力学模型,同时在AMESim中建立液压系统模型,最终实现机械系统和液压系统的联合仿真。实现滚筒调高过程的匀速和变速调节,验证了角位移测量的电液比例调高控制系统的性能,实现滚筒高度的速度控制,为开发采煤机滚筒自动调高闭环控制系统提供一定的理论依据。The shearer drum electro-hydraulic proportional closed-loop control system based on angular displacement detection technology is introduced,models are established and relevant co- simulation is carried out.According to the shearer drum height adjustment mechanism, the dynamic model is established in ADAMS software and the hydraulic system is established in AMESim.The ultimate goal is to realize the co-simulation of mechanical system and hydraulic system.The drum lifting process of constant and variable speed regulation is realized.The performance of the angular displacement measurement of the electro-hydraulic proportional height adjusting control system is verified. The speed control of drum height is realized.The certain theory basis is provided for the development of shearer drum automatic adjusting closed-loop control system.
