摘 要:修订适用于高中生的自悯量表,并检验其信效度。对现有大学生自悯量表进行了翻译后,进行了两次施测。第一次施测对象为135名高中生,第二次施测对象为319名高中生。分别对两次施测所得数据进行了项目分析、因素分析、信效度检验、探索性因素分析和一阶、二阶验证性因素分析。探索性因素分析提取了三个因素,分别是封闭性沉溺、开放性正念和自我友善,累积贡献率为54.3%,因素载荷在0.40-0.72之间。一阶验证性因素分析和二阶验证性因素分析形成的模型拟合较好。全量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.85,量表得分与生活满意度和自尊均呈正相关,具有较好的效标效度。最后形成的量表具有三个维度,包含20个项目。修订后的自悯量表表现出良好的信效度,可以作为测量高中生自悯程度的有效工具。To develop the Chinese version of the self-compassion scale for high school students and examine its reliability and validity. After improved the translation of the existing self-compassion scale for college students, 135 high school students were selected for preliminary test and 319 high school students were selected for formal test. All the data were conducted by Spssl7.0, item analysis, factor analysis, reliability and validity test, exploratory factor analysis and first order, two order confirmatory factor analysis were used. Exploratory factor analysis supported a 3-factor structure which consisted of self-kindness, openness to mindfulness and closed indulge,their cumulative contribution rate was 54.3%. The range of factor loading was between 0.40 and 0.72. In first-order confirmatory factor analysis and second-order confirmatory factor analysis, the index of model was good. The internal consistency reliability for the total scale was 0.85. The correlation coefficients between self-compassion scale and SWLS, SES were significant. The finally scale formed by three dimensions, including 20 items. This revision of scale obtained acceptable psychometric quality to assess the self-compassion among high school students.
