摘　　要：目的制备Ulipristal acetate(UA)的两个有关物质(demethyl-UA和dedimethyl-UA)。方法采用UA氧化去甲基得到demethyl-UA,利用3,3-20,20-二(乙二氧基)-17α-羟基-19-去甲孕甾-5(10),9(11)-二烯为起始原料制备得到dedimethyl-UA。结果成功制备了两个有关物质,结构经1HNMR及MS确认。结论在UA中存在demethyl-UA,随保存时间的延长,其含量逐渐增加,同时出现了dedimethyl-UA。OBJECTIVE To synthesize two related substances （ demethyl - UA and dedimethyl - UA） of Ulipristal acetate （UA）. METHODS The demethyl - UA was obtained from UA after oxidative demethylation and the dedimethyl - UA was synthesized from 3,3,20,20 - bis （ ethylene - dioxy） - 17ct - hydroxy - 19 - norpregna - 5 （ 10 ） ,9 （ 11 ） - diene. RESULTS Demethyl - UA and dedi- methyl - UA were synthesized successfully. And both of them were characterized by l HNMR and MS. CONCLUSION Demethyl - UA can be detected in UA. With the extension of storage time, the content of demethyl - UA was gradually increased, while the dedimethyl -UA is also detected.
