摘　　要：随着信息化手段在医学实践和教学中的广泛应用,医学院校计算机教学在医学教育中的重要性与日俱增,4G移动通讯技术的普及对信息的获取方式产生了革命性的影响,也给医学院校的信息技术教育带来了新的挑战。本文在对4G移动通信技术的特点进行归纳的基础上,对4G移动通信技术对医学院校教学方式面临的机遇和挑战进行了SWOT分析,并为进一步改进医学院校的计算机教学提出了建议。With increasingly wider application of informatization methods in medical practices and teaching, computer teaching in medical universities has played an increasingly important role in medical education. The universalisation of 4G mobile communication technology exerted a revolutionary influence on the information acquisition approach, which also brought a new challenge for information technology education in medical universities. Based on the summarization of features of the fourth generation mobile communication technology, this paper utilized SWOT （Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat） to analyze opportunities and challenges it brought to the teaching mode and put forward relevant suggestions for further improvement of computer teaching in medical universities.
