摘　　要：辣木所含营养丰富,是一种功能神奇的热带保健植物,有着潜在的药用价值和悠久的利用历史。综述近年来辣木营养价值、医疗功效,以及所含功能活性物质的研究成果及辣木药用价值的研究进展,展望辣木的开发应用前景。Moringa oleifera is a magical tropical heath care tree with a great potential medicinal value and a long history of use, which had comprehensive and abundant nutritional components. The research results of nutritional value, medicinal function and active substance of Moringa ole ife ra were reviewed in this article, meanwhile the research progress of medicinal value were summarized and the development prospects were also discussed.
