摘　　要：奶牛乳腺炎的发生导致牛奶体细胞增多,严重影响乳品品质。肾茶作为日常饮品安全性已得到广泛证实。采用肾茶叶柄花等副产物进行水提,通过研究其自由基清除作用、对LPS诱导的RAW264.7释放NO的抑制作用、TNF-α产生的影响及炎症相关因子表达及对体外培养的乳腺上皮细胞的保护作用。结果表明,肾茶副产物提取物能有效清除DPPH自由基,降低LPS诱导的RAW264.7细胞NO及TNF-α产生,下调IL-1β、IL-2表达,上调IL-10表达,对IL-4无影响;能提高氧化应激下乳腺上皮细胞的活力,同时结果显示肾茶副产物提取物有一定的促进上皮细胞活力作用,且与作用浓度密切相关。肾茶副产物提取物可以作为一种添加剂解决奶牛的乳腺炎问题,为解决牛奶中体细胞增多问题提供新的思路。The occurrence cause of mastitis in dairy cows milk somatic cells increase, seriously affecting the quality of dairy products. Orthosiphon aristatus also called renal grass. Its safety has been widely confirmed. Use Orthosiphon aristatus extract to study on the free radical scavenging effect, and the production of NO and TNF- alpha of RAW264.7 cells induced by LPS, expression of inflammation related factors and protective effect on cultured mammary epithelial cells. The results show that orthosiphon extract can effectively scavenge DPPH free radical, reduced the RAW264.7 cells NO and TNF-alpha induced by LPS, and down regulation of IL-1 and IL-2 expression, up regulation of IL-10 expression, but had no effect on IL-4; It also can improve mammary epithelial cell activity in the condition of oxidative stress, and the results show Orthosiphon aristatus extract can promote epithelial cell vitality certain effect, which is closely related with the effect of concentration. Extracting Orthosiphon aristatus can be used as an additive to solve the problem of dairy cow mastitis, and provide a new idea for solving the problem of milk somatic cell number.
