摘 要:利用毛细管气相色谱法建立一种同时测定金针菇中六六六、滴滴涕和联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯、三氟氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯等16种农药的检测方法。样品初步粉碎后经乙腈匀浆提取,Florisil固相萃取柱净化中用正己烷+乙酸乙酯(9+1,V/V)作为淋洗剂,经HP-5毛细管柱分离进入电子捕获检测器(ECD)测定。16种农药分离效果良好,相关系数r均大于0.998 0,方法定量限在0.11~11.50μg/kg,加标回收率在101.4%~132.7%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.03%~9.53%。方法简单,快速,可靠,能实现金针菇中16种有机氯和拟除虫菊酯类农药的同步分析,为控制金针菇农药残留污染、提高产品质量提供参考。To develop an analytic method for simultaneous determination of 16 organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide multi-residues in Flammulina velutipes by capillary GC. The pesticide residues were extracted with acetonitrile and then purified by florisil SPE column, eluted with the mixture of n-hexane/ethyl acetate (9+1, V/F). Finally, the target components were determined using electron capture detector (ECD) after separated from each other through HP-5 capillary column. Under above conditions, the 16 kinds of pesticides could be well separated as well as showed good linearity (r〉0.998 0), and the limits of quantification were in the range of 0.11-11.50 lag/kg. The method was well validated with recoveries between 101.4% and 132.7% and relative standard deviations (RSD) less than 9.53%. These results indicate that the established method was simple, rapid and reliable for the determination of organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide multi-residues in Flammulina velutipes.
