摘  要:采用微波消解技术处理食用菌样品,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定食用菌中镉元素的含量。在最佳测定条件下,在0.400~2.00μg·L-1范围内镉的含量与吸光度呈线性关系(r=0.999 8),方法的检出限为0.006 mg·kg-1,方法的定量限为0.02 mg·kg-1,样品加标回收率为95.5%~101.9%,相对标准偏差(n=5)为2.56%~3.28%,方法快捷、准确、灵敏度高、精密度较好。结果表明,被检测的黑木耳和滑菇中镉的含量分别为0.06~0.18 mg·kg-1和0.02~0.11mg·kg-1,均低于国家食品卫生标准中食用菌的限量;被检测的香菇样品中镉的含量为0.37~1.62 mg·kg-1,超标率16.67%。Cadmium in edible fungi was determined using microwave digestion combined with atomic absorption spectrometry. The correlation coefficient (r) of the working curve for Cd was 0.999 8 at the range of 0.400-2.000μg.L^-1, the detection limit of the method was 0.006 mg.kg^-1, the limit of quantitation was 0.02 mg-kgq, the average recoveries of the spiked samples were 95.8%-101.9% and the relative standard deviations (n=5) were 2.56%~3.28%. The method is simple, quick and accurate for the determination of cadmium in edible fungi. The results showed that the contents of Cd in the tested .4uricularia auricula and Pholiota name/co were 0.06--0.18 mg.kg^-1 and 0.024).11 mg.kg^-1, respectively, and the over limit rates of Cd were 0%; Whereas the contents of Cd in the tested Lentinula edodes were 0.37-1.62 mg.kg^-1, and the over limit rate of Cd was 16.67%.
