摘 要:目的了解天津市不同消费场所生食、非生食、熟制水产品副溶血性弧菌污染状况、致病性和耐药性。方法于2013年4—11月在天津市8个区县的农贸市场、超市、餐饮店、烧烤摊采集水产品(生食、非生食和熟制食品),分离检测副溶血性弧菌,并进行毒力基因和耐药检测。结果非生食生鲜水产品、生食水产品和熟制水产品的副溶血性弧菌检出率分别为19%(44/231)、7.3%(29/397)和8.5%(6/71);79株毒力基因阳性菌中3株trh基因阳性,tdh基因均为阴性;79株毒力基因阳性菌对氨苄西林、阿莫西林、环丙沙星、氯霉素、复方新诺明的耐药率分别为94.9%、44.3%、1.3%、1.3%和3.8%。所有毒力基因阳性菌株均对头孢噻肟、头孢西丁、庆大霉素、萘啶酸和四环素敏感。结论本次调查的水产品中副溶血性弧菌污染较为普遍,部分菌株具有致病性和耐药性。Objective To study the contamination of omophagia, cooked and uncooked aquatic products by Vibrio parahaemolyticus (V. parahaernolytieus) and the pathogenicity and drug-resistance situation in Tianjiu. Methods The aquatic products samples were collected in the markets, supermarkets and restaurants during April to November, 2013 ,then isolation of V. parahaemolyticus, examination of virulence genes and antibiotic resistances were performed. Results The positive rate of V. parahaemolyticus for omophagia, cooked and uncooked aquatic products were 19%(44/231), 7.3%(29/397) and 8.5%(6/71) respectively. Among the 79 strains, three strains calxied trh, and non carried tdh. The resistance rate of the 79 strains to ampicillin, amoxicillin, ciprofloxaein, ehloramphenicol and baetrim were 94.9%, 44.3%, 1.3%, 1.3% and 3.8% respectively. All strains were sensitive to cefotaxme, cefoxitin, gentamicin, nilidixie acid and tetracycline. Conclusion The V. parahaemolyticus contamination in aquatic product is widespread, some strains have pathogenicity and antibiotic resistance.
