摘  要:为研究成型方式对排水性沥青混合料路用性能影响,对3种不同级配排水性沥青混合料分别采用振动压实与马歇尔击实方式成型试件,对比分析了成型方式对其级配、空隙率、透水性能、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和抗水损害性能的影响。试验结果表明,排水性沥青混合料的性能与成型方式密切相关,与马歇尔击实试验相比,振动压实更有利于排水性沥青混合料矿料颗粒的空间排布,振动压实状态下排水性沥青混合料的高、低温性能和水稳定性明显提高,而透水性能略有降低。通过试验路工程的铺筑与检测,验证了采用振动方式压实排水性沥青混合料是可行的,以振动击实试验确定的标准密度控制现场施工更为科学。To study the impact of molding method on pavement performance of porous asphalt mixture, vibration compaction and Marshall compaction methods for molding specimens are used respectively to 3 graded porous asphalt mixtures. The influence of molding methods on gradation, air voids, water permeable performance, high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and resistance to water damage performance are comparatively analyzed. The result shows that ( 1 ) the performance of porous asphalt mixture is closely related to the molding method; (2) compared with Marshall compaction method, vibration compaction method is more conducive to the aggregate particle arrangement of porous asphalt mixture, in vibratory compaction state, the high and low temperature performance and water stability of porous asphalt mixture are improved significantly while water permeability decreases slightly. It can be verified from the test road paving and testing that the use of vibration compaction for porous asphalt mixture is feasible, and using the standard density determined by vibration compaction to control site construction is more scientific.
