摘　　要：以河南机电高等专科学校电子信息工程本科专业人才培养为例,深入分析人才培养目标及基本素质,构建应用型本科人才培养模式,并详细阐述课程体系设置、实践教学实施的方案和措施,确保应用型人才的培养质量。This paper is aimed to establish a applied talents training mode of Electronic Information Engineering specialty by analyzing the training target and the essential qualities. The curriculum system setting and the practical teaching step are discussed in detail to insure the cultivation of applied talents.
