摘　　要：企业经营沙盘实训为我国高校经管类专业教学注入了活力,极大地推动了实践教学改革的步伐。河南机电高等专科学校在引入该课程后,激发了学生学习的积极性,加强了学生综合素质的培养,改变了传统教学模式。基于此,文章为该课程更好地开展提出了相应的政策建议。The enterprise management sand table training energizes the teaching of the Economic Management Specialty in our country, and promotes the pace of practice teaching reform greatly . Since the introduction of the course in our school, it stimulates the enthusiasm of the students study , strengthens the cultivation of the students＂ comprehensive quality, and changes the traditional teaching mode. Based on it, the Policy recommendations are made to carry out this course better.
