外语类师范生课程设置的市场化思考

摘  要:外语类师范生就业人数总量较大,结构性矛盾突出。要改善外语类师范生的就业现状,应以就业为导向,调整课程设置,实现人才培养与企业用人机制及市场经济的有效对接。外语类师范专业的课程设置要实现模块化、实践化、信息化,实行宏观调控与微观改革相结合,提升外语类师范生的市场竞争力。The employment pressure due to the total population of foreign language teacher students is large.To im-prove foreign language teacher students’ employment situation,the curriculum design needs to be re-adjusted ac-cording to the current job market,in order to effectively connect talents training and enterprises employing mecha-nism and market economy.Foreign language teacher students’ curriculum should be dissected to different modular, add more practice, and realize informatization, with the combination of macro regulation and micro reform.These measures will,in turn,promote foreign language teacher students’ market competitiveness.
