摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的发展,奶制品需求量迅猛增长,但是奶制品质量不达标事件却屡屡发生,社会大众越来越关注奶制品质量安全。文中通过以往学者的研究,提出奶制品质量问题的相关因素,从管理上以顾客需求为出发点采取分级策略,最终为保障奶制品质量安全提供借鉴意义。With the development of social economy in China, the demand for dairy products is increasing rapidly, However,the quality of dairy products are not up to standard often occur.the public is getting more and more attention to the quality and safety of dairy products.In this paper, through scholars＇study in the past, put forward the related factors of dairy products quality issues, from the management to fulfil the customer demand use the decentralized strategy, ultimately, Provide reference for ensuring the quality and safety of dairy products.
