摘　　要：国家大力发展职业教育背景下,卫生类职业院校药学专业教育教学工作应针对地方医药产业发展形势和药学专业毕业生就业前景,按照药学专业人才培养方案高效培养人才。为更好适应行业发展、学生就业需要,还应深入相关行业一线调研,滚动修订人才培养方案。Under the background of vigorous development of vocational education, the pharmacy education in health vocational colleges should draw up effective talent training plan according to the local pharmacy industrial development and the employment prospects of pharmacy graduates. In order to better adapt to the industrial development and the students employment needs, researches in the relevant industries should be undertaken, and the talent training plan should be constantly revised.
