摘 要:自我认同是个体对"我是谁"的回答与体验,是个体反思性的觉知。大学新生是一个特殊的群体。他们的自我意识已经觉醒,但中学时期形成的自我单一而脆弱,还没有能量整合因高中到大学的巨大转折而引起的自我延续感上的冲突与断层,极易陷入自我认同危机。大学新生需要加强自我反思意识,改善思维方式,同时高校必须更新教育理念,注重引导,为大学新生创设探索自我、认识自我的环境和条件,内外合力,促进大学新生自我的重构与认同。Self - identity is the individual' s answer and experience of "who I am" and the awareness if individual reflection. College freshmen are special group, their self- identity has awakened, hut their self- feeling formed in the middle school is simple and weak and is easy to arouse conflict and self - identity crisis when they face the great change after they enter college. Freshmen should strengthen their self - reflection awareness and improve their thinking way. At same time, colleges should renew the education concept pay attention to guiding them and create the environment and condition for college students to explore self and identify self so as to promote college students' reconstruction and identity of self by the internal and external forces.
