摘  要:针对电机驱动器的性能测试和考核需求,提出了一种可模拟交流电机端口特性的电力电子负载模拟系统,取代了传统交流传动平台对各类电机供电电源进行测试。本文首先分别建立异步电机和同步电机的动态数学模型,采用Adams数值法,获得电机实际接入时的电流状态。鉴于电机动态变化时,其电流波形存在非重复性的暂态过渡分量,故采用PI控制器控制功率变换器的输入电流准确跟踪指令电流,使变换器具有与实际电机相同的端口特性。对异步电机的空载启动,突加负载以及同步电机的闭环启动等典型工况进行了模拟,仿真和实验结果表明,该负载模拟系统能够灵活高效的模拟交流电机的端口特性,验证了本方案的有效性。In view of the motor drive for the performance test and examination requirement, the power electronic load simulation system which can simulate ac motor port features is proposed to replace traditional drive platform used in motor power testing. The mathematical model of asynchronous motor and synchronous motor are established respectively, which can be solved using Adams algorithm to obtain the port current state. In view of the motor dynamic changes, the current waveform contains transition components which are not repetitive. So PI controller is used to control the power converter input current tracking the instruction current accurately, making the converter have the same port characteristics as the actual motor. No-load starting of asynchronous motor, sudden loading and the working condition with vector closed-loop control of synchronous motor are simulated. Simulation and experimental results show that the load simulation system can simulate ac motor port characteristics flexibly and efficiently, so as to prove the validity of proposed scheme.
